Deb started as a tool we built for ourselves and our clients.

Thalassis helps companies bring AI into their daily work and build software that fits how they run. Deb began as small tools for our own work, grew with our clients' feedback, and became a product when they asked for one. Use it on its own, or bring us in for the bigger picture.

Built with the people who use it.

Our clients' conversations lived in too many places: LinkedIn, WhatsApp and several inboxes, and their AI assistant couldn't reach any of it. Three kinds of people asked us for the same thing.

Owners growing sales

Small-business owners who want more leads and more sales, through several channels at once.

What they asked for One place to find people, follow up and see who replied.

Ask Deb “Find 20 operations managers at logistics firms in our region and draft a short invite to each.”

People running more than one company

Consultants, owners and investors with several companies, daily reports and people to manage across many accounts.

What they asked for To run every account from their phone and their AI assistant, from one place.

Ask Deb “Go through all my inboxes and WhatsApp: what needs a reply from me today, per company?”

Recruiters

Finding good candidates, mostly on LinkedIn, where the built-in tools don't connect well to the AI platforms they use.

What they asked for To search, shortlist and message candidates from the assistant they already work in.

Ask Deb “Find senior Java developers at fintech companies in Belgrade and draft a short note to each.”

Off-the-shelf tools fit everyone a little, and no one well.

Over the past year we worked with companies bringing AI into how they operate. Three things stood out.

That is the work we do at Thalassis. Deb came out of it.

AI reached the workflow.

Our clients wanted to automate repetitive work and give their teams better tools, not run a pilot that stays a pilot.

Building got cheaper.

As the cost of software fell, a tool designed around one company became realistic, even for a small one.

Tailored beat generic.

Again and again, the tool a client designed with us and we built for them fit their work better than the retail product they had tried first.

From our own toolbox to a product.

  1. We built it for ourselves.

Small, separate tools that let our AI assistant work with our own LinkedIn, WhatsApp and inboxes. We still run our work on Deb every day.

  2. We brought it to our clients.

We added those tools to client projects, next to the custom software and AI workflows we were building for them.

  3. Their feedback shaped it.

Clients used the tools daily and told us what worked, what didn't and what was missing. We fixed it and built the rest.

  4. Clients asked: can this be a product?

The small tools had become something they relied on, and they wanted it without a project around it.

  5. So we made it one.

Deb: create an account, connect your accounts, add Deb to Claude or ChatGPT, and ask.

Deb is one of our products, and we are still among its heaviest users. It was built by people who rely on it, and it shows in what Deb leaves out: no new app to learn, and nothing sent without your OK.

What our clients asked for, and what Deb does.

One place for every conversation
LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Gmail and Outlook in one chat with Claude or ChatGPT.
Better lead generation
Finds people on LinkedIn, drafts a personal note for each and sends the ones you approve.
Follow-ups that don't slip
Shows who owes whom a reply across every channel, and drafts the follow-ups.
Many accounts, one person
Your assistant uses Deb to read, answer and act across every account you connect, and Deb suggests the right inbox to send from.
Staying in control
Your assistant shows you the full draft and waits for your OK. Built-in pacing, and scheduled messages can be cancelled.

We agree a small first step that matters.

  3. Build.

Working software early, improved with your feedback.

  4. Hand over.

Your team runs it without us.
